'Stepaside' 1991 42’ Liverpool Boats – Due in to Barbridge soon.
Stepaside is a 42’ all steel cruiser style narrowboat built in 1991 by Liverpool Boats. She is powered by a Vetus M4.14 keel cooled Diesel engine with Hurth gearbox.
Entering the boat from the stern from the large cruiser deck, the first room is the bedroom which features 2 fixed single bunks. The top bunk can be folded up and it wouldn’t be impossible to fit a fixed double berth if preferred. Moving forward, next is the bathroom with Porta Potti, large hip-bath with shower and corner handbasin. The compact ‘U’ shaped galley includes gas fridge, oven, grill, 4 burner hob and a good amount of storage space. At the front of the boat is the saloon with removeable table, fixed seating, storage cupboards and space for a freestanding chair.
Heating is provided by an Alde boiler with hot water supplied via calorifier heated by the engine.
Stepaside has a boat safety certificate until July 2024 and will be available for viewing at our Barbridge site very soon.
