‘Lilly-Jo’ – 2007 Admiral Narrowboats 57’ semi-trad narrowboat lying Penkridge.

‘Lilly-Jo’ is a 57’ semi-trad narrowboat built in 2007 with steelwork by H.T Fabrications and fitout by Admiral Narrowboats. Propulsion is by a Beta Marine 38 Diesel engine.

This vessel is currently used as a liveaboard and will be coming on the market early to mid May, further pictures will follow once she arrives. She is of the popular ‘reverse layout’ style with a fixed double bedroom at the bow with plenty of under bed, overhead and floor to ceiling storage space. Moving aft, next is an off-corridor bathroom with corner hand-basin unit, Thetford Swivel cassette toilet, cupboard / shelving storage areas and large shower with glass door. Next is a large saloon area with fixed ‘L’ shaped sofa which converts into another double berth. There is a removeable table for dining and when not in use stores neatly against the hull side. The saloon also features a multi-fuel stove and built-in shelving. At the rear of the cabin is the galley with chunky wood worktops, plenty of storage space, washing machine, gas oven/grill, gas 4 burner hob, 12v fridge and stainless sink/drainer. This then leads out on to a sociable semi-trad stern with pram cover.

Additional heating is provided by a Webasto Diesel central heating system. ‘Lilly-Jo’ is an ideal liveaboard boat and has been well maintained by her current owner. She has a BSC to April 2024 and will be available for viewing soon at our Penkridge site.

Please call 07710 631683 or email for more information or to arrange a viewing. We are open Tuesday to Saturday 9-5.
