'At Long Last’ 1998 Bridgewater Boat Builders 33’ cruiser style narrowboat – lying Barbridge

‘At Long Last’ is a 33’, all steel cruiser style narrowboat built by Bridgewater Boat Builders in 1998.  This boat was re-engined just 6 months ago with a brand new 3 cylinder Beta Marine Diesel engine with PRM gearbox.

‘At Long Last’ has been lovingly updated by her current owner and is in excellent condition throughout.  There is a well deck at the bow with cratch and cover.  Entering the boat from the bow, the saloon is first room.  Bench seats on either side convert to the double berth.  The feel of the vessel is bright and airy with newly wallpapered cabin sides, carpeted hull sides and white painted ceiling.  The saloon features TV and solid fuel stove.

Moving aft is the galley which has been brought up to date with newly painted cupboard units, stainless sink/drainer, fridge, new water heater, freestanding gas cooker with oven, grill & 4 burner hob and plenty of storage on either side.

The bathroom has also been re-fitted having been panelled throughout in a suitable modern grey shower lining.  There is a good size shower and hand basin with storage under and room to put a Porta Potti type toilet.

The rear door then leads out on to the cruiser stern deck with bench seating, pram cover and folding windscreen.

A survey was carried out in July 2021. The hull was re-blacked in July 2021 and 4x new anodes fitted and in August 2021.
