New 58’ enclosed cruiser stern sailaway

This sailaway will be built with the usual care and attention to detail that Bourne apply to all their craft. As such, this is not just a ‘shell’, it’s a thoughtfully designed and engineered hull from one of the best.

58’ with enclosed, round, upswept cruiser stern
Beta Marine 38 (Upgrades / other options available)
Fitted windows / portholes
Blacking to hull, primer to cabin sides (Fully painted option available)
Steelwork quality S275 43A Steel plate
10/6/4/4 Steel thickness (We use 4mm cabin sides to avoid top heaviness)
100x5x6mm Angle to floor at 600mm centres
50x50x6mm Angle to hull running vertically and horizontally
Hull and floor frames welded together for extra strength
25x25x3mm ‘T’ section to cabin sides
25x25x5mm Box section to roof at 450mm centres with 25x5mm flat between
Hull plates welded both sides
Vented gas locker
Shaped bow locker lid for aesthetics and ease of access
Centre mooring ring
4 off rubbing strakes to bow welded top and bottom
Detailed ends to cants and handrail
Self draining decks
Keel cooling tank with baffles
Integral fuel tank inc. flow and return pipes, additional take off, drain and vent
Engine room vent
Rear sliding hatch
Steel front and rear doors
Quick release weed hatch
Lift up hatch in rear deck for weed hatch access
T-stud to bow and dollies to rear on plates
Arc welding to cabin
Heavy duty rudder with double plated tip
Heavy duty skeg
